Cooking Instructions: Easy peel packaging: Separate film at corner and peel back to open. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), as measured by a food thermometer. For best results, follow the directions below: Conventional Oven; Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C); Remove roast from packaging and place on foil-lined tray. Cook for 1 hour or until the blue pop-up thermometer pops up and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) is reached. Remove the roast from the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes. Carefully remove pop-up thermometer and twine. Slice and serve. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Skipped/stored and handled frozen for your protection. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
