Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remove product from packaging. If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking, To thaw, place product in refrigerator for 24 hours, or in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Grill: Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Preheat the frying pan on medium-high. Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to the hot frying pan. Remove the product from packaging and place it in the pan, sear each side for about 2 minutes. Place the seared product on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
