Cooking Instructions: Cook to a minimum temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). BBQ (For Best Results): Cook in pre-heated barbecue on medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs. Frying Pan: Cook over medium-high heat in a non-sticky fry pan for 4 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Oven: Preheat oven to broil. Cook on a foil-lined baking sheet (makes for easier clean up) for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
