A slightly sweet and nutty cheddar, aged over 6 years with a smooth, velvety finish. Certified Halal. Over 100 years ago, our farmers built the Morning Star ship to deliver the dairy they loved to the world. Today, it symbolizes the pride we take in carefully crafting our products, like Maker's Reserve, our longest-aged cheddars. Aged 6 years. Slightly sweeter and nuttier than our classic cheddars, this distinctive cheese has creamy, custardy flavors with notes of brown butter. It pairs well with sweet peppers, dark berry jam, Sauvignon Blanc or ginger beer. Contains no animal rennet (vegetarian).
