Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot, refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Preparation: Remove seasoned pork chops from the outer package and proceed with your preferred preparation method. Uncooked chops may be frozen in original packaging. Grill: Heat grill to medium high and prepare grill grates to ensure chops will not stick to surface. Grill pork chops on medium-high indirect heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Once cooked, let the chops rest for 3 minutes and enjoy. Stovetop: Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Sear both sides of the chop until light brown, about 2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low, partially cover, and continue to cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Once cooked, let the chops rest for 3 minutes and enjoy. Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
