1. Crumble noodles into 5 qts. unsalted, boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. 2. Drain. Run under cold water to rinse off excess starch. Drain. 3. Add 1 tablespoon peanut or sesame oil and toss noodles in pot to coat. Noodles are-now ready for one of the recipes.
