Cook thoroughly Always thaw product in the refrigerator. Breakup thawed sausage into ground pieces OR place in freezer for 10-15 minutes and then cut the roll into patties using the indicated marks below. Cook ground pieces or patties in skillet at medium heat (350 degrees F) with a splash of Virgin Olive Oil or wat Flip/stir occasionally. Cook for approx 15-18 minutes until internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with thermometer. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
