Cooking Instructions From Frozen: Conventional Oven: Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. Convection Oven: Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat to 375 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 10 to 13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Note: Cooking times will vary by air fryer model and wattage. Recommended cooking times are based on a 1550-watt air fryer. These instructions are only a guideline. Reference air fryer instruction manual. Keep frozen.
