Stove-Top directions: 1. Heat 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat. 2. Add contents of pouch. 3. Stir with a whisk or fork until potatoes are desired consistency. Microwave directions: 1. Combine 2 cups of water and contents of pouch in a microwave-safe bowl. 2. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 m or until thoroughly heated. 3. Remove carefully from microwave. Caution: bowl and potatoes will be hot. 4. Stir with a whisk or fork until potatoes are desired consistency. Recipe tips: Extra rich potatoes. Prepare as directed using 1 cup water and 1 cup milk for 1 pouch of potato mixture. Refrigerate leftovers.
