1 Remove dressing from package. Remove one piece of the release liner. 2 Place dressing on the wound and remove the other release liner. 3 Gently secure the dressing to the skin. Note: Do not cut Optifoam Gentle EX. Removal instructions: Gently lift one corner, then slowly lift off the dressing. Change frequency: Optifoam Gentle EX should be changed when drainage is visible to the edges of the foam pad. It may be left in place for up to 7 days depending on the amount of drainage. Sterile in unopened, undamaged package. Single use only. Storage: Protect from freezing, avoid excessive heat. Keep dry. Keep away from sunlight.
