Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry (Preferred Method): Instructions for 1 kit - 24oz (1 sauce, 1 noodle, 1 beef and veg). I. Place one (1) unopened sauce pouch in a bowl of hot water to thaw. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on medium heat in a large skillet. E. Empty one (1) pouch of frozen beef and vegetable mixture and one (1) frozen noodle pouch into the skillet and cook on medium for 9-11 minutes, or until hot**. Stir occasionally to combine components. 4. Pour thawed sauce over the beef/vegetable/noodle mixture and stir until evenly coated and hot**. Turn off heat and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave: Instructions for 1 kit - 24oz (154uce, I one, beef and, veg). 1. Place one (1) unopened sauce pouch in a bowl of hot water to thaw. 2. Empty one (1) pouch of frozen beef and vegetable mixture and one (1) frozen noodle pouch into a microwave-safe container. Microwave on high covered for 5-6 minutes, or until hot**. Drain off any excess water if desired. 3. Stir in thawed sauce with beef/vegetable/noodle mixture and microwave for another 1-1.5 minutes, or until ho**. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Note: Microwave operating at 1200 watts. Microwaves may vary, adjust cook times to individual microwave. ** Internal temperature should be 165°f for at least 15 seconds. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature. Keep frozen.
