Baking Instructions: Standard Rack Oven: Frozen Fruit Pies: 1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees F. 2. Place frozen pie on standard sheet pan or baking screen. 3. Apply browning agent to top of pie, if desired. 4. Place sheet pan in rack and move into oven. 5. Bake at 380 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until crust has a rich golden brown color. 6. Remove pie from oven and transfer to cooling rack. 7. Allow pie to cool for 2 to 3 hours before packaging. Frozen Single Crust Pies: 1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees F. 2. Place frozen pie on standard sheet pan or baking screen. 3. Place sheet pan in rack and move into oven. 4. Bake at 330 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until crust is nicely browned and the filling is firm. 5. Remove pie from oven and transfer to cooling rack. 6. Allow pie to cool for 2 to 3 hours before packaging. Standard Convection Oven: Frozen Fruit Pies: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place frozen pie on standard sheet pan or baking screen. 3. Apply browning agent to top of pie, if desired. 4. Load sheet pan into oven. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes, or until crust has a rich golden brown color. 6. Remove pie from oven and transfer to cooling rack. 7. Allow pie to cool for 2 to 3 hours before packaging. Frozen Single Crust Pies: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Place frozen pie on standard sheet pan or baking screen. 3. Load sheet pan into oven. 4. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes, or until crust is nicely browned and the filling is firm. 5. Remove pie from oven and transfer to cooling rack. 6. Allow pie to cool for 2 to 3 hours before packaging. Please note that ovens differ greatly in their baking characteristics. The baking instructions listed above may need to be adjusted, depending on your particular oven. You should follow the suggested baking times at first, but then rely upon appearance to determine when to remove pies from oven. Also, pies should be baked in a frozen state. If pies have thawed, please reduce temperature and baking time. Keep frozen.
