Directions for Use: It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Wash hands with soap and water promptly after use. Keep people and pets out of the area during application. Avoid making applications if it is likely to rain within 24 hours of application, except when applying directly adjacent to a structure that is permanently protected from rainfall by a covering overhang, awning, or other structure. Do not apply granules to impervious surfaces. Outdoor Use: For large infested areas: Using a rotary broadcast spreader or hand held granular spreader, broadcast this product at 5 lb. per 5,000 (for heavy infestations) to 10,000 (light infestations) sq. ft. See spreader settings on right. Do not exceed four broadcast applications per year. Observe a minimum retreatment interval for broadcast applications of 30 days. This product controls imported and native fire ants and other ants (except Carpenter and Pharoah's ants), such as harvester ants and bigheaded ants. This product is for use only on lawns, landscaped areas, as well as on grounds surrounding poultry houses (excluding runs and ranges) or corrals and other animal holding areas, Avoid direct exposure of animals to this product. Application Tips: For best results, apply in early morning or late afternoon when ants are most active and when the soil temperatureis greater than 60 degrees F. Do not apply when ground is soaking wet or when heavy rains are expected. Do not water in after application. Do not graze or feed treated lawn or sod clippings to livestock. This product is not for use on vegetable or other food crops, timber or plants grown for sale or other commercial use, or for commercial seed production, or for research purposes.
