Read all label direction before use. Directions for Use: It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read all label directions completely before use. For outdoor use only. Do not allow people or pets to contact the pesticide. Do not allow children or pets to play with the station. Refill: Replace refill band monthly and periodically check the base in between refills to maintain water level. 1. Remove station cap from the station lid and base. 2. Remove station lid from station base. 3. Remove floater and band from the station base by holding the center tab of the floater. 4. Dispose of band following the disposal directions. 5. Remove any debris that may have entered into the base (i.e., leaves). 6. Top off water level if needed. 7. Refill and replace by following assembly instructions. Assembly Instructions: Note: Assemble the product outdoors and near bushes, trees, property lines, the edges of your property, or at the edges of your house. You'll also need a water source for approximately 1 gallon (3.8 l) of water. 1. Remove station locking cap, lid, and floater from the station base. Fill base with clean tap water up to the fill line (approximately 1 gallon (3.8 l)). 2. Holding the base, place the station filled with water (up to the fill line) into its final position in your landscape or yard. 3. Shake refill package. Open and remove the refill band. Be careful not to spill any of the package contents. 4. Place the refill band onto the floater. 5. Shake any remaining powder and tablets inside the refill package into the water and dispose of the empty packaging. 6. Gently place the refill band with attached floater over the center columns, flat on the water within the base. Do not allow the refill band to get wet. 7. Attach the lid to the base. 8. Set the current month on the station cap by twisting the dial to remind you when the refill band was last replaced. 9. Place the station cap onto the lid and base. 10. Replace refill band monthly and periodically check the base in between refills to maintain water level. Storage and Disposal: Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Pesticide Storage: Keep this product packet in its tightly closed original container when not in use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from children and animals. For optimal long-term storage, store below 73 degrees F (23 degrees C). Keep packet below 110 degrees F (43 degrees C) at all times by avoiding sunlight and heat. Pesticide Disposal: Ortho Home Defense Mosquito Kill & Prevent Packet: Completely empty the packet into the station and dispose of excess powder and used band in trash or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities. Dispose of used water in the station by pouring onto the ground, and not near a water source. Prevent entry of used water into sewers, gutters, or drains, or any area where drainage to storm sewers, water bodies, or aquatic habitat can occur. Notify authorities if liquid enters sewers or public waters. Container Handling: Plastic Station: Refillable container. Refill this container with water and Ortho Home Defense Mosquito Kill & Prevent only. Do not reuse this container for any other purpose. For final disposal, empty the station and place in trash. Ortho Home Defense Mosquito Kill & Prevent Packet: Nonrefillable container. Dispose of empty packet in trash or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities. Do not reuse the empty packet for any other purpose. Outer Box: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse this box. When empty, place in trash or offer for recycling if available.
