Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Grill: preheat grill on high. Sear chicken breasts for 1-3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and close lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes turning several times until internal temperature reaches 1707 or higher as measured by use of a digital thermometer. Bake: preheat oven to 375 degrees F spray a baking pan with cooking spray remove chicken breast from package, and arrange in the pan. Place in oven and bake for 30, minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F or higher as measured by use of a digital thermometer.
