Directions

Shaker directions. 1. Pour 1/2 cup ice water and 1/2 cup cold skim milk into a shaker or container with cover. 2. Add 1 packet of Alba; cover tightly. 3. Shake immediately; shake vigorously for 30 seconds until thickened. Blender directions. 1. Pour 2/3 cup cold water into blender. 2. Add 1 packet of Alba. 3. Cover and blend on low speed for 10 seconds. 4. Add 3 large ice cubes one at a time (or 2/3 cup crushed ice). 5. Blend on high until thickened (about 1 minute). Pudding directions. 1. Pour 1/2 cup ice water into a shaker or container with cover. 2. Add 1 packet of Alba; cover tightly. 3. Shake immediately; shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until thickened. 4. Pour contents into serving dish. 5. Chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.
