Keep refrigerated. Step 1: Pour marinade over shrimp and mix gently. Set container aside and allow to marinade. Step 2: Remove container of lime juice from vegetables and set aside. Next, heat a 10"-12" skillet over medium high heat. Add sliced peppers and onions to hot skillet (no need to add oil, as we've already tossed the vegetables with oil for you!) Stirring occasionally, cook vegetables for approximately 10-12 minutes or until lightly caramelized; adjust heat to prevent scorching. When vegetables are finished cooking, return to original container, cover lightly with plastic lid, and set aside. Step 3: Return skillet to stove, and again, over medium high heat, add entire shrimp and marinade mixture to pan. Spread shrimp out in pan, cook 2-3 minutes on one side, then turn shrimp over using a spoon or tongs, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Step 4: Add cooked vegetables and reserved lime juice to shrimp, stir to mix, and then turn heat off. Step 5: Place tortilla packet in microwave oven and heat on high for 30-45 seconds or until tortillas are hot. Remove tortilla packet from microwave and wrap in cloth towel. Transfer shrimp fajitas to serving dish and call your family to the table!
