The Folly Coffee Winer is a rotating single origin bean always featuring hand selected, mouth tasted, and roast profiled beans. Huh? Basically, the fresher the unroasted bean (aka green), the better the final coffee will taste, so we decided to do things a little differently. Instead of buying massive amounts of green inventory that can go stale and result in you not getting the best roasted beans possible, we decided to give Winer flexibility. The beans inside change based on availability of the freshest green.
