Use the 3-2-1 method. For competition quality ribs! Cook seasoned ribs in a closed grill at 225 - 250 degrees F for 3 hours to smoke them. Wrap the ribs in Reynolds Wrap Pitmaster's Choice foil with 1/4 cup liquid and cook for 2 hours to tenderize them. Finish ribs on grill grates over direct heat; baste with your favorite BBQ sauce and cook for 1 hour to perfect them. Wrap: Wrap large cuts without tearing or puncturing. Smoke: Make woodchip packets out of foil to add smoke flavor (see ReynoldsKitchen.com for directions). Create: Twist sheets of foil into ropes and shape into rings to hold foods in place while smoking. Stay closed tab. Lift.
