Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Unwrap product and remove from packaging. Place in a preheated 425 degrees F for 13 minutes, and then broil for 3 minutes. Using a cooking thermometer, the Internal temperature of the beef must be a minimum of 145 degrees F with a three minute rest period. Keep refrigerated.
