Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Remove pork from package and place in oven-safe dish 3. Cover with foil 4. Bake in oven until internal temperature reaches 200 degrees F, about 2 hours and 30 minutes 5. Remove from oven and shred to desired thickness. Slow Cooker: 1. Remove package and place in slow cooker with 1 cup of water. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. 3. Remove pork and shred to desired thickness. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Freezer ready! It should be frozen prior to the use by date on the package.
