1. Presoak for best results. For extra-dingy and dirty clothes, presoak to boost your colors and remove stains. Using a standard measuring cup, fill the cup to 2/3 full with Clorox 2 product. Dissolve the product in 2 gallons of the hottest water recommended on the garment label, either in a bucket, your sink or washing machine on the presoak setting. Presoak bright and dark colors for 30 minutes. Presoak all other garments for 1 hour or longer (up to 8 hours) for best results. Wash as usual with Clorox 2 for Colors product and detergent. 2. Removes stains & brighten colors. Add Clorox 2 for Colors Stain Remover & Color Brightener with your detergent to remove stains and brighten colors. Add 2/3 cup for extra-dirty loads. Add 1/2 cup for large loads. Add 1/3 cup for HE machines or for regular and small loads. For HE machines, add Clorox 2 for Colors product directly into drum before adding clothes.
