Directions

Keep refrigerated. Ham is fully cooked and can be served hot or cold. Heating instructions: Remove all packaging material including clear plastic disc over bone. Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spoon 2 teaspoons flour into oven bag and shake to coat inside. Place ham roast inside oven bag, close with nylon tie. Place into a shallow baking dish. Cut 2 small slits in the top of the oven bag. Heat approximately 10-12 minutes per pound of ham to an internal temperature of 120 degrees F. Grill: Do not use oven bag on grill. Preheat grill. Heat ham roast for 7-9 minutes. Flip ham roast and continue to heat for an additional 7-9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 120 degrees F. Oven temperatures may vary, adjust heating times accordingly. Carving instructions: Heat as directed on front of package. Place roast on a cutting board. Hold the roast steady with a fork. Using a sharp knife, slice thin strips of roast at a diagonal angle. The slices should be less than 1/2 inch wide. Serving suggestions: Serve a Sugardale ham roast for your next meal! Leftover sliced ham makes great sandwiches!
