Keep refrigerated. Serving instructions: Grill: (recommended) lightly rub each thawed sausage with cooking oil and place on heated grill. Cook until hot, turning occasionally. Do not overcook! Sausages only take a short time to heat up on the grill. Or, place sausages on oiled sheet of foil with diced onions, peppers, and 2 tbsp. of water or beer; wrap tightly. Throw on grill for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Microwave: place thawed sausage on microwavable plate and cook on high for 30 seconds. Stovetop: place thawed sausage (whole or chopped) in heated, lightly oiled pan and saute briefly. Add 1 tbsp. water after sausage is browned and cook covered for 15 seconds.
