Kraft Velveeta Cheesy Casseroles Dinner Kit Chili Cornbread

You will need: 1 lb. lean ground beef. 1-3/4 cups water, divided. Ready in less than 40 minutes. Make it: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Create the beef filling. Brown 1 lb. lean ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add 1-1/4 cups water, Vegetables and Seasoning; stir. Bring to boil; cook 1 min. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min., stirring frequently. Prepare the cornbread topping. Add remaining 1/2 cup water to cornbread mix in bowl; stir until blended. Assemble the casserole. Spoon beef filling into 2-qt. casserole. Spread cheese sauce over beef filling. Cover with cornbread topping. Bake 17 to 19 min. or until beef filling is heated through and cornbread topping is golden brown. Makes 4-1/2 servings. Caution: casserole and contents will be hot. Customize it! For a spicier kick, reduce water to 3/4 cup when preparing the beef filling. Stir 1 drained 10-oz can Ro*Tel® diced tomatoes & green chilies into beef filling before spooning into casserole.
