Directions
Shake well before use. Easy thai red curry with chicken: 9 oz chicken breast, 1 red bell pepper and 1/2 cup green beans. Method: 1). Thinly slice chicken breast and lightly pan fry. 2). Add vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes. 3). Add sauce, bring to a boil and then simmer until chicken is tender. 4). Optional: add 1 handful of aromatics like thai basil (italian basil can be substituted). Serve with jasmine rice. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
