Directions

Ingredients needed: 1/2 Cup Lamb's Stone Ground Yellow Grits. 1 1/2 Cups Water. 1/2 tsp. Salt. 1 Tbsp. Butter. Directions: In a quart sauce pan, bring water and salt to a boil. Add 1/2 cup grits and return to a boil for one minute, stirring continuously. Turn off heat and cover until all liquid is absorbed. Add butter and mix well, serve hot. Tips: Add 2 oz. of your favorite cheese. Cook and top with sauteed shrimp. Store sealed in refrigerator or freezer to ensure freshness.
