Stove top: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups water, 1 teaspoon olive oil, canola oil or butter (optional) and contents of pouch. 2. Bring to a vigorous boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook until Quinoa is tender, but still chewy, and white spiral-like threads appear around each grain, usually when all the water is absorbed. Cooks in 12-15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and serve. Makes 3 cups.
