Keep refrigerated. Cooking directions: ready in minutes. Remove crab cakes from all packaging before cooking. Cakes should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Place cakes on a non-stick baking sheet. Brush the tops of the cakes with melted butter. 3. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Remove cakes from oven and allow product to rest for 1 minute. Caution: may be extremely hot. Important: must be kept refrigerated.
