Instructions: Bring two liters of salted water to a boil. Gradually pour in Bellino polenta, stirring continuously for about 3 minutes. For thicker consistency, increase cooking time. Easy recipe: Pour Bellino polenta into greased baking pan and cover with Bellino pasta sauce and parmesan cheese. Preheats oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and cut into slices. Serves 8. Polenta can be served either hot or cold.
