50% Malbec & 50% Cabernet Franc. Two varieties find in our vineyards in Uco Valley the perfect terroir for them to develop and showcase all of their oenological virtues. The Malbec is sourced from Gualtallary, a site where the sandy soils resting on rounded clastic rocks, together with a high lime content, create a restrictive environment for vines. The Cabernet Franc is sourced from La Consulta, a site where the extreme, cold, continental climate from the southern border of the Valley enhances the aromatic features of these grapes - Marcelo Belmonte. A wine where the Malbec contributes a deep, purplish red colour, in addition to aromas of violets, ripe red fruit, a hint of spices and generous tannins. The Cabernet Franc offers black fruit, a balsamic touch and tannins that build to an impressive mid-palate. A perfect combination that comes to life in this flavourful, concentrated, elegant, complex wine with a pure finish. A remarkable blend of sensations creating everlasting moment. Daniel Pi .
