SPIRALS & CHEESE WITH SAUSAGES, PEPPERS AND ONIONS: 2 boxes store brand spirals & cheese dinner. 8oz italian sausage removed from skin (hot or sweet or both) 1 medium onion, sliced thinly 1 bell pepper, sliced thinly (green, red, yellow) 3 Tbsp fresh basil, sliced thinly (1 tsp. dried basil season to taste) COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Prepare spirals and cheese dinner according to directions. Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper. Drain. Mix sausage mixture and sliced basil into spirals and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat on medium for 5 minutes. LIGHT PREPARATION: 70% Less Fat and 30% Fewer Calories than Regular Preparation. 6 cups boiling water 1/4 cup fat free milk 2 tsp. Unsalted butter COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Boil water. Stir macaroni into boiling water. Boil rapidly, stir occasionally 7 to 10 minutes. 2. Drain. Return to pot. IMPORTANT: Do not rinse. 3. Add butter, milk and sauce packet. Mix thoroughly. REGULAR PREP: Prepare as directed, using 4 Tbsp butter and 1/4 cup milk.
