How to brew a perfect cup. For the very best flavor, brew New England® Coffee using the drip method. Use only cold water, filtered if necessary, and one rounded tablespoon of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. The exact amount of coffee will vary to suit personal taste. How to keep your coffee fresh. New England® Coffee is packed immediately after roasting and grinding. The natural gases produced by roasting are released by our special one-way valve bag. Once opened, coffee should be consumed within a week for the best taste and freshness. Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place.

Bold dark roast: Roasting to a dark brown pulls much of the natural oils out of the beans for a full-bodied coffee with low acidity and a dominating bittersweet flavor.
