Preparation: This uncured ham is fully cooked. To heat, place in baking pan and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10-12 minutes per pound, or until meat thermometer reaches 135 degrees F at center. Do not overcook. Not preserved-keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
