Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven (1000 Watt): 1. Remove bowl from carton. Cut a slit in film to vent. 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3. Carefully pull back film and mix contents, re-cover and continue to cook on HIGH for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Let stand in microwave for 12 minutes. 5. Remove lid (caution: product is hot!) Mix contents again and serve. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Ovens vary. Cooking times and oven temperatures may need adjustment. Keep frozen.
