Do not take more than 6 doses in any 24-hour period. Age: Adults and children 12 years and over - Dose: 4 tsp every 4-6 hours. Age: Children 6 to under 12 years - Dose: 2 tsp every 4-6 hours. Age: Children 4 to under 6 years - Dose: do not use unless directed by a doctor. Age: Children under 4 years - Dose: do not use. Other information: Each teaspoon contains: sodium 2 mg. Ingredients

Active ingredients (in each 5 ml teaspoonful) - Purpose. Brompheniramine Maleate, USP 1mg - Antihistamine. Dextromethorphan HBr, USP 5 mg - Cough Suppressant. Phenylephrine HCI, USP 2.5 mg - Nasal Decongestant. Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavor, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Benzoate, Sorbitol.

Do not use if printed neckband is broken or missing.
Do not use:
If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

A breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis.

Thyroid disease.
