Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove ham from package, saving the liquid contents. Place ham into a shallow roasting pan with liquid contents and add 1/2 cup of water to pan. Tent the roasting pan with foil, sealing edges tightly to the pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes per pound. With 10-15 minutes remaining, raise oven temperature to 450 degrees F and remove foil. Bake uncovered for remaining time or until desired color is achieved. Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. Carving Instructions: Heat ham according to heating instructions, then place on a flat clean cutting board. Holding a craving knife at a slight angle against the ham, make a vertical slice from the top of ham down, as shown in the diagram. Repeat cut at desired thickness until fully sliced. Tip when slicing. Use the entire length of the knife. No preserved. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
