Cooking Instructions: Pour desired amount of Bartenura Gnocchi into qts rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. Boil 2-3 minutes or until gnocchi float to top. Stir occasionally. Drain. Remaining uncooked gnocchi should be sealed in a plastic bag and placed in freezer. Do not cook in pouch. Serve it with a spicy tomato sauce, with cheese or broth. Needs no refrigeration.
