Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: To Thaw: Place frozen roll on a plate and place in the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. For Patties: Shape into 4 oz. patties approximately 1/2 inch thick, and season as desired. Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Grill: Preheat lightly oiled grill to 500 degrees to 600 degrees F. Add patties so they do not touch. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through and meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout the patty. For Crumbles: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Crumble in a single layer and stir constantly for 7 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Tip: To measure internal temperature, place crumbles into a mound and insert meat thermometer into center, being careful not to touch skillet. For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
