Ham Glaze: Directions For Use: Empty packet contents into a small saucepan. Add 2 Tbsp. water or orange juice. Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let rest 3-5 minutes. Using a spatula or spoon, spread over your Niman Ranch Spiral Ham. Heat ham according to the Ham Preparation Instructions. Carved Uncured Ham: Preparation: This uncured ham is fully cooked. If frozen, thaw before heating. To prepare glaze, empty packet contents into a small saucepan. Add 2 Tbsp. water and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let rest 3-5 minutes. To heat, place in baking pan, spread glaze mixture over the uncured ham and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1-12 minutes per pound, or until center reaches 145 degrees F. Not preserved-keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. Peel and turn over for heating instructions.
