Mini Gnocchi: Easy to Prepare!: Pour the desired amount of Tuscanini Gnocchi into 4 quarts of rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. Boil 5 minutes, or until gnocchi float to the top. Stir occasionally. Drain. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not pierce the pack. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days. Needs no refrigeration.
