Blackened fish. 1 lb. catfish or salmon fillets. 2 tsp. Old Bay Blackened Seasoning. 1 tbsp. unsalted butter. Coat fish evenly with Old Bay. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add fish. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through and fish flakes easily with a fork.
