Preparation: Spray basket with pan release until evenly coated. Place raw turkey breast into basket and secure lid. Proofing/Baking/Cooking/Cooling/Frying/Finishing Instructions: Place basket into pre-heated rotisol. Half way through the cooking process, begin brushing with glaze. Continue to brush with glaze until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
