Directions
Shake well before use. To Grill: Marinate fish fillets in sealed bag or bowl. Turn fish fillets gently to distribute marinade. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes for stronger flavor. Lightly grease grill rack. Grill should be medium heat. Allow at least 5 minutes before turning fish fillets. This allows the marinade to caramelize and lock in the flavor. Brush additional sauce on while cooking, if desired. Cook 12 to 15 minutes per inch of thickness. To Bake: Marinate same as above. Preheat oven 0450 degrees. Bake 15 minutes or until cooked trough. Enjoy! Refrigerate after opening.
