Francesca's. Amatriciana Sauce. Lenticchie in Umido What a simple elegant meal I sauteed onions, carrots and celery in a bit of olive oil. After rinsing the lentils, I added them to the pan with a little chicken broth and a jar of Francesca's Amatrician Sauce, with it's delicious pancetta taste.
