Additional Ingredients Needed: 1/2 pound ground meat, butter & water. ?? Make Meatballs: In small bowl mix ground meat with meatball packet and 3 tablespoons water. Roll into desired size. Refrigerate until ready to use. To Make Soup: In a 4-5 quart covered pot bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add meatballs, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add contents of the Italian Wedding Soup Mix, 2 tablespoons butter to pot along with 7 cups of water. Stir well. Cover. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally Stir. Serve. Enjoy.
