Heat thoroughly. Oven. Juiciest (Recommended Method). Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen Chik’n Breast(s) in a single layer on a baking sheet and heat for 20 min, turning Chik’n Breast(s) over halfway through heating time. Microwave. Quickest. Wrap one frozen Chik’n Breast in a paper towel and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 1 min, then flip and microwave for another 45-60 sec. Allow it to rest for 2 min before serving. Sauce: Thaw unopened sauce packets in a bowl in hot tap water for about 5 min. Pour sauce over heated Chik’n Breast(s) and serve. Just heat, sauce & eat! Keep frozen until ready to use. Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. All appliances vary. Times given are approximate.
