Directions for Use: 1. Pull end of bag through front dispenser opening. 2. Tear bag at perforation and place your hand in bag. 3. Pick up waste and turn bag inside out. 4. Tie bag and dispose. Directions to Load or Refill: 1. Twist off end cap of dispenser. 2. Remove empty roll. 3. Insert refill roll and replace cap.
