Preparation Instructions: 1. Pour pouch contents into a 2-1/2 x 1/2 size steam table pan. 2. Add 2-1/2 quarts (2.37 L) of boiling water, 2 ounces of margarine or butter (if desired) and stir well with wire whip. 3. Bake in convection oven at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes (400 degrees F in a conventional oven for 40 minutes). Yield Chart: 2-1/2 inch deep pan; half pan; full pan. 1/2 cup servings; half pan 21; full pan 42. Boiling water; half pan 2-1/2 quarts; full pan 5 quarts. Margarine or butter; half pan 2 ounces; full pan 4 ounces. Au gratin potatoes; half pan 1 pouch; full pan 2 pouches. Menu Suggestion: Cape cod au gratin.
