All you need for brownies: 1/3 cup oil. 3 tbsp water. 1 egg*. All you need for filling: 2 tbsp water. 1 egg*. 350 degrees F. Baking instructions: 1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan. For dark-coated pan, set your oven to 325 degrees F. Grease bottom of 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan or spray with no-stick cooking spray. We recommend using Crisco® oil and no-stick cooking spray. 2. Combine brownie mix, oil, 3 tbsp water and egg in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread in greased pan. Combine filling mix, 2 tbsp water and 1 egg in small bowl; mix with spoon until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto brownie batter. 3. Pull knife through filling and batter in wide curves to swirl. 4. Bake at 350 degrees F. Follow the bake times below. For dark-coated pan, bake at 325 degrees F. 36 to 39 minutes for 8x8-inch pan. 33 to 36 minutes for 9x9-inch pan. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store covered in refrigerator. *If desired, substitute 1 egg white or 1/4 cup refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed, for each whole egg. High altitude (above 3500 feet): add 1/4 cup flour to dry brownie mix. Mix and bake as directed above. Cheesecake swirl double batch: grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan. For brownie, mix 2 packages brownie mix, 2/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup water and 2 eggs. For filling, mix 2 packages filling mix, 1/4 cup water and 2 eggs. Assemble as directed above. Bake at 350 degrees F for 36 to 39 minutes. Tips & tricks. Line baking pan with aluminum foil that overhangs the edges of pan, coat with Crisco no-stick cooking spray. Spread in brownie batter and bake as usual. After cooling, simply lift and remove. Cut brownies on a diagonal to form diamond shapes or use cookie cutters for decorative shapes. Freeze cooled brownies for 20 minutes for ease in cutting.
